Preparing for Your Appointment
To ensure your safety, we require you to avoid food for at least two hours and liquids for at least 30 minutes before your appointment. You must also arrange for a responsible adult to drive you home, as you will not be able to operate a vehicle for the rest of the day.
Administering the Nasal Spray
Under the guidance of our staff, you will self-administer the spravato nasal spray. Our provider will demonstrate the proper technique and observe you to ensure you receive the correct dosage as prescribed. The administration process itself is quick and straightforward.
Post-Treatment Monitoring
